Abstract : THE IMPACT OF RECRUITMENT ANALYTICS ON HIRING DECISIONS
The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of recruitment analytics on hiring decisions, focusing on its influence on candidate selection, recruitment efficiency, and overall hiring success. A survey design is selected for its ability to gather quantitative data from a large sample. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample size of 330 respondents is determined to ensure statistical significance. The case study is based in Uyo, focusing on a financial institution that utilizes advanced recruitment analytics. The reliability coefficient score of 0.89 suggests high reliability. Findings indicate that recruitment analytics significantly enhance hiring decisions, improving candidate selection accuracy and overall recruitment efficiency. Recommendations include investing in advanced analytics tools and training HR personnel to effectively interpret and utilize recruitment data.
